If anyone’s interested in a downloading this, I don’t have a MU link to recommend, but I can tell you this:
My copy of JDownloader updated today with improved Youku support. Just give it the link to the video above, and it downloads nicely. No fuss-- no mess.
Unfortunately, it does split the file into four FLV file sections, but there’s got to be a way to stitch these together cleanly…

Update:
I was able to stitch together the four Youku videos JDownloader gave me by using AVIDemux. I’m using Linux Ubuntu, but there are probably many more just as easy applications in Windows.
