no more "speed" releases because megauploads slow upload speed makes it kinda pointless and not worth the effort. so from now on only one file.

i guess thats still an ok timeframe. my goal was to release the unedited .avi 5 minutes after broadcast (which would be possible if i could max out my upload). But since Megaupload is so slow (like 100-200kb/s up max) upload always takes atleast 1 hour so i decided to no longer do it. just so you know why there won’t be any .avi file anymore.

you could use torrent … anytorrent site would’ve been fine, and faster, like kickasstorrents, btjunkie, torrentz…
i’m not really a fan of torrents… but i thought about livestreaming as a substitute. will most likely try it next sunday so stay tuned If i try it i will announce it either in this thread or a new thread about 30-60 min before the broadcast.

I want to make something perfectly clear before I do any streaming. I don’t want to take any credit for something that belongs to someone else. The thing is, I’m already taking the episodes from one particular stream. So don’t praise me, praise the unknown person who streams the episodes each week.
I wanted to share his stream since a long time but there are 2 reasons why I haven’t done so:
1st: I don’t want to get him banned. The more people there are watching the stream the higher the chance of admins noticing it and also the higher the chance someone would report it.
2nd: I don’t want there to be a flood of english speaking people in his chat. The broadcaster doesn’t speak english and so don’t most of his viewers. Also I have seen how big of a nuisance some people can be at the last batsu game (no offense to anyone particular here). I really don’t want to bother those people.
But I came up with a solution to the problem. I was thinking about restreaming his stream. My account can be banned I don’t care. And an english chat would be no problem too.

I could announce it 2 days beforehand but since I’m dependent on this person there is a chance that he will stream something different at that time (happened before but it’s rare). I can only be 100% sure of it when he announces it which is like 1 hour beforehand. I will tell you the link to my stream in time, don’t worry, but whether or not there will be Gaki i can’t tell until about sunday, 21:50 JST. Gaki episodes air sundays at 22:56 JST.
And I don’t know which streaming site I will be using yet. Still testing them all out.

I thought i posted this before but i don’t see it. I seem to have an issue with downloading the janken 05.08.2011 file from Mu. It begins but freezes at some point. All of your other files download smooth. I have tried on different pc’s and different browsers any idea what could be the issue i am having? Is anyone else having this issue?
