This might be one of the most boring games for a episode they have chosen yet.
Sure, it’s a classic, but it’s extremely simple really.
They should look into some more SNES games (or non-Nintendo consoles).

It’s been a really long time.
the new years special kind of sucked they did their normal casual talk thing followed by a the countdown, then they flushed those 15 mins down the toilet by airing the movie afterwards.
Today’s episode was r-type. I think on super famicom. I never really played that game. But from what I understand it’s really heard when you lose a life and your powerups are all gone. Or maybe that was gradius. Anyway, looking forward to this the next few days.

I was secretly hoping for this. Although when I was I kid I only played W&W2 and 3. I didn’t play this one until much later and it’s not a great game.
After prince of persia, out of this world, flashback, first samurai, battletoads, donkey kong country 1 and 2 , this will be the 8th western game he’s challenging. And the third game by Rare. Can anyone confirm that?
