[Off Topic] Japanese Documentation about jap. Schools.

This Thread is not in the least related to Gaki no Tsukai. The only affinity they share is just the language.
The series of Videos shows a Japanese Sensei, whom teaches the children NOT just to study for school, but also how to be a human being, and to study for the school of life.
I hope you’ll have fun with the Videos, as i’ve had it, and share some manly tears ;)

Yea i saw this before, this is one of the many reasons why i love Japanese culture. And that guy is an awesome teacher i wish all teachers could be like him.

Wow, thanks so much for sharing this. My wife is a 5th grade teacher here in the states and we’re planning a move to Japan in the next two or three years. I’ll be sure to show her this because I know she’ll be blown away. She tries her best but there’s just no room in the school year for what many American parents would probably consider extraneous material, even at her small private school. This is the perfect age for these kinds of lessons too! A little empathy and camaraderie would go a long way in American classes.

I’m glad you liked it. You see, this kind of relationship between student and teacher will for 100% offend and attack some parents(in some strange way). Mostly it will be interpreted as interference in privacy.

Still, If I’d had a child, i would appreciate it that such a teacher would teach my Kids to distinguish between morally right and wrong

Oh god, how harsch life can be =( thank you so much for posting this, it made my love so much deeper for the culture and the people of japan
