after 4 years of suffering "severe headaches, problem in breathing, general fatigue and never ending inflammations in my middle ear and throat" finally I’ll do about 4 operations on my nose, that includes a rhinoplasty…so wish me luck folks ;D

This seems like a good start of the New Year for you because you’ll finally get rid of this problem.
My girlfriend had a nose surgery (for the same reasons that you mentioned) in mid November so I know how stressful it is. The waiting time for her surgery date was two months. She told me that it doesn’t hurt at all after you wake up, and it hurts a little during the recovery. The recovery should last a week or two. I wish you a safe operation and fast recovery.

as promised here are the early recovery results of my "septorhinoplasty", 2 weeks post-op, it’s still swollen but I have good results so far, still need [b:31ile4jx][u:31ile4jx]1 year[/u:31ile4jx][/b:31ile4jx] for FULL recovery & final results, and breathing is awesome now ;D
