Does anyone know if this is available with english subs somewhere online? They say he got drunk with someone called "Chemistry" if that’s any help!

so, b4rf3r, he gave you this current episode. just look for the one that comes one week before this Momusu episode. 2002-07-20, I guess? (correct me if I’m wrong, as I possibly am)

Hiya sorry if it was confusing. As Leo-kun mentioned, I was basically saying that according to the episode you linked to, the clip is from the previous episode.
So I dug up the date of the Hey!Hey!Hey! episode you linked to (which turned out to be 2002-07-27) so you can look for the one before that.
Anyway I had another dig for you and the date of the episode before that with Chemistry is 2002/07/22 so thats the one you’d have to hunt for, here is Fuji TVs page for the episode:
