Otviss, this is the syntax I like to use for my Gaki collection:

1270 08.30.2015 Kiki 38 - Anpan subbed by Tofu Panda Fansubs.mp4

That’s an example of what I personally would like to see. I know it’s long, but the completeness makes it easy to sort and find videos in a large collection.
