http://www.waoanime.tv/anime/space-batt ... mato-2199/Growing up in the U.S., I was a huge fan of Star Blazers and later watched the original Japanese version. The new remake has gotten great reviews everywhere I’ve read. Personally, I thought it improved on the original in nearly every way.
