[quote="soudou":t78ssjte][hide:t78ssjte]To begin with before talk started, Matsumoto seems to allude to Tsukitei's balding patch on the back of his head again. Saying something about covering it up before filming with something refreshing like mascara.
Tanaka visited his parents home because it's their 50th wedding anniversary, they all had a big meal together I think.
Endo said he's been pretty much spending all his time at a cafe infront of his apartment. When Endo starts talking about someone called Jun-chan at the cafe, Matsumoto starts throwing questions towards Endo with the insinuation that Jun-Chan and Endo are dating.
Hamada said he went to New York to cover the Japanese major baseball leagues playing there and interviewed Ichiro.
Matsumoto went abroad for the release of his new movie. He said the plane ride was troubling and talked about First Class Japanese travel. He also recounted doing PR for the movie on a program for the local Hokkaido region. But I think he says looking back at the footage was really awkward. Something about it being a nationwide release than specific to the local Hokkaido region which the staff didn't seem to know about? (really unsure though, tough to read this bit).
(Hm did Tsukitei not talk about what he did over summer? Will we find out in another sequel to the "I Know What You Did Last Summer" franchise?)
A viewer sent in a question I think about how you would compare a baseball pitchers 25 straight wins record to the success record of entertainers. It came to light during discussion that Matsumoto and Tsukitei don't have much baseball knowledge.[/hide:t78ssjte][/quote:t78ssjte]
Most of that was correct. Here’s more details:
[hide:t78ssjte]Tanaka also told about how his father had to make a toast speech and completely failed at it by first doing a normal short speech and after everyone was about to drink after "Kampai!", he suddenly continued with a long and pointless talk. He also said he was asked "Do Thai kicks really hurt so much?" by an 86 year old man.
Endou first went to the cafe with Wakki (don't remember full/real name, he's appeared on quite few Ametalk episodes) after a long filming session. They weren't really sure about if the store was open or not because it was close to midnight, but Jun-chan welcomed them in. Endou only said that Jun-chan was good at making green curry and almost bald, but after that Matsumoto brought up the fact that everybody's worried about Endou's future and then asked what Jun-chan would think if Endou found another woman.
Matsumoto told various things about first class flight and when he told the price (300000 yen) Endou, Tanaka and Tsukitei were really surprised. Since Hamada's reaction was lacking, they started to suspect that he also flew using first class. Finally Matsumoto said that instead of going first class, Hamada must have a used private jet.
In the corner about the movie, Matsumoto thought that doing a promotion for a small local television channel would be nice for a change, but he got really nervous when he realized he knew absolutely nobody on the set and that it reminded him of the time when he was young and the only person he knew on the sets was Hamada. Despite that, it was supposedly a good experience, but being forced to watch the VTR with Gaki crew was terrible.
In the final part Matsumoto and Tsukitei really pushed Endou for a good explanation since Endou is both a comedian and a big fan of baseball. Endou finally compared that to having a TV show that gets 25% ratings every week for a whole year, but then Matsumoto said he wanted a comparison to gyouza (the food) since he loves it, but Endou said he couldn't do it because he doesn't like gyouza that much. Then, ironically, Tsukitei says that it must be like being a comedian who never fails at doing jokes/oogiri (ie. suberanai) with a really bright smile on his face.[/hide:t78ssjte]
