It’s from 浜ちゃんが! (Hamachan ga or Hama-chan to or something). Which is a variety show that Hamada hosts with some different recurring themes and such. That particular clip is from a 2011 special where he was a sort of private investigator chasing down other comedians and celebrities to dish dirt out on them. Even Yamasaki was targeted
