Subs are of course from the excellent Team Gaki. They are embedded - not hardcoded - so they can be turned off.

I made this from the 36GB TS raw file. Commercials have been cut, however there might still be small traces of them because of the way I cut them (nearest keyframe).

I have split it into 2 parts, because I think MEGA has a download limit (with a guest or free user account) of 5 GB per 6 hours.

Please extract with WinRAR, 7zip probably also works.

And as a side note: MPC-HC is no longer being developed, use [url=https://sourceforge.net/projects/mpcbe/:3ifn1uz4]MPC-BE[/url:3ifn1uz4] instead.
It is based on MPC-HC but is still being developed and has new featues, bugfixes and so on. Just remember to turn off "default style" under Play > Subtitles or it will look awful.

Thanks for the video. Also, a program called Smart Cutter can do frame accurate cuts by encoding only from the closes keyframe to your cut point. The rest of the video that’s not cut is completely untouched. It’s pretty awesome.

Well, I use mkvtoolnix, it does the same thing, cuts on keyframes and even edits the sub file at the same time :)
