Japanese Entertainment Journalists

Hi all,

I have a pretty odd query for you all. I work for a film festival in Australia who, starting next year, is partnering itself with Supanova, our country’s version of ComiCon. One of our sponsors has offered to bring some Japanese entertainment reporters over to cover the event, provided we can locate some that are appropriate.

Hence I thought that as part of my research I would turn to you. Are you aware of professional online/television/print media that covers this kind of entertainment event in western countries? It’s required that they speak English, so if there are any you know that publish their work in English that would be an added bonus, though we’re happy to discuss the matter with anyone who may be suitable.

Thanks for your help.

NicoNico had a live stream from ComiCon.

Interesting suggestion, Nietzcheass. I wouldn’t have thought of them. Thanks.

Haha, if only, Kyon. I’ll get us a cinema screen on New Year’s and everyone can come watch the batsu game.

Wow, that could be really something. Try to see around you if there’s enough people interested and perhaps you could give it a try?
