Skit with Matsumoto as a singer and Hamada as the producer trying to do a music video. I think it is a parody of "H Jungle" which seems to of been Hamada’s music act. Sorry if its a repost (searched for the word "jungle" and only found Hamada’s H Jungle videos mentioned before)
EDIT: Just realised this might fit more in the Hey Hey Hey section judging by the title card, unless this is also parodying Hey Hey Hey. Kinda new to all these different Downtown shows!

Yeah basically Matsumoto is playing "Hamada" and preparing to sing Wow War Tonight on "Hey Hey Hey"…It’s like… show inception, a show within a show haha! But mostly is just Matsumoto trying to sing Hamada’s fast lyrics and failing hilariously.

I know I’m super late, but I JUST found out about H jungle with T and found this to be hilarious.
Wow war tonight is a pretty nice, eventhough rather clichéed 90s song.

Matsumoto does a great yakuza-like asshole main vocalist. haha
