Matsumoto won an award ... what is it?

Can anyone tell me what the award is for? I’m guessing [url=http://widenashow2015.jp/blog-entry-179.html:1ip2xab4]this page[/url:1ip2xab4] might explain it, but I can’t really read Japanese. From what I gather this is the 18th year this award is given out by Miura Jun who is an "illustrator and cultural critic"(?).

Apparently Miura Jun is a manga artist and illustrator. He gives out the "Miura Jun Award" as some sort of joke award for fun, to whomever he wants to.

Miura is also a semi-regular panelist on Wide na Show where Matsumoto is a regular panelist. They shortly mentioned the award on last week’s episode.
