the file available out there is already the hard subbed, i cant find the raw at all, unless hand told me he have it

Hi joker, i had to install 7zip to extract this file, maybe you can specify that 7zip is needed for the extraction on top, well I still need the password, thanks beforehand :)

Are you using Google Chrome to download?
MegaDownloader has been mentioned as helping though if you still have trouble, not tried it myself.
