Yeah, it says "passionate teachers".
Fujiwara as a sports guy/referee does make sense, since, if this really is the theme, they’ll have some sports class.
You know what would be great ? If they’d have to do classes with (acting) students and they’d have to improvise a lot.

The school’s name during the game is ガースー法人 聖（セント）黒光り学園, which I understand that it’s a school founded by the "Holy GAS Corporation" or something like that. So that’s why people thought the theme was monastery.

Ah! On the bus you can see the initials "GSG" and you can read as much as "Gaasuu St. Kurobikari G…" so the second G might be ‘Gakuen’ (学園).
Gaasuu (ガースー) Corporation (法人) St. (聖) Kurobikari (黒光り/"black luster") Academy (学園)
Maybe a catholic school? Maybe private schools in Japan often have some kind of religious affiliation and so they threw in the "St. Kurobikari" part even though there might be little, if any, reference to the religious aspect of the name.
