Apparantly this is a clip from a programme which showcases some interesting habits people from Osaka. This is the only on I have been able to find. Does anyone know this?

No way! Second video is down. I saw that post just as it went up but was not able to watch it at the time. I’m a failure.
The TV host or guest shown in the end is the famous Mino Monta, host of Who wants to be a Millionaire japanese version (Kuizu $ Mirionea) as well as 10 other TV shows Monday to Saturday. A hard working guy.
