I think you just have to ignore the top left "Download as Free User" button which seems to be a disguised advert.
Instead click the "Continue as Free User" button next to the Pro Account button on the first page. Then close any popups that triggers. On the second page again ignore the top "Download as Free User" button and scroll down to the bottom. To the bottom right should be a "Download File" link.
