Nagareboshi got in the semifinals as the wildcard (chosen by Beat Takeshi from preliminary spots 12-20) and was placed in the C-Block with strong competition (NON STYLE, Tokyo Dynamite). In the end they did not pass to the finals because one of the judges, a familiar face from Lincoln and actually Nagareboshi’s senior from the same agency, Amano Hiroyuki, betrayed their trust and voted for NON STYLE (who also got the live TV viewer score of 99 in their both acts), final results being 0 - 4 - 3 - 3 for Tenjiku Nezumi, NON STYLE, Tokyo Dynamite, Nagareboshi.
I don’t usually like "one-shot gags" (ippatsu-ge) that much, but this kombi had a good chemistry and the latter half with surreal developments was hilarious.
