This is the do-re-mi song, but in the end, do re mi etc. gets replaced by Hamada doing God knows what.

In the top is ‘ドS’ which is the Gaki word for Sadist, so maybe this gives you a clue…

Does anyone know where this is from? Is it from the trial episode?
