Not sure why it so difficult…
The most Videos where a Sub is available have SUBBED in the Subject and are even Red.
Also the Uploaders are sorting beforehand out where the Video gets posted. Regular Episode in GNT > and as example if the episode is a 500 quiz, it will be posted there.
ini made that great Topic too, which is posted above in her post. Important to know is also, that primary the focus is the Batsu game to be subbed. You wont find many subs here anyway for regular epi’s… (alteast not full epi’s more like short clips, hard to believe that someone will sub all 1000 epis =P)
about subs… As long you cant translate anything in a way that it makes actually sense… dont worry about which software to use etc. If you are capable of that, few subbers have a Topic viewtopic.php?f=12&t=364 what they use software wise.
i think the best thing to do is to add alive stream video for the channel that broadcast the show so we can show it every week or day

i really dislike the whole structure, it’s really hard to find anything without using the search function and being 100% sure how it’s spelled. apart from that im very happy with the whole site.

Need you be reminded this is a forum, not a web page? All forums have nearly the exact same structure as this one, except this one has a brighter shine in colour, and they are all search-button focused (the more threads are made the more the search button is needed due to lack of navigations for message boards). Also, your whole comment is an oxymoron…
To be more lenient on the avatar size and what kind of photos can be uploaded and photo size…

Yeah I ran a forum with 600+ members using the proboards service. It was the same, the more threads the more you had to use the search button.

Yeah just buy em on Ebay there are $17.99 each cheaper than amazon.
i didn’t ask if you would sell yours or for alternative selling platforms, did i? others might like to sell their collection. who cares for what reason. for less than they cost new, which would make somebody else happy. or just trade one dvd for another. there is no security in board-deals, both parties have to take care of that themselves, e.g. using an escrow service or show their trustworthy ebay-account. there are more ways to do safe deals, just use some common sense.
i see. it’s a piece of cake to adopt it into a forum. no "technical" changes whatsoever. but i guess it’s up the admin anyways…
not everybody needs subs. so far, i’ve seen a dozen seasons without subtitles and i do not regret having done so. no, i do not speak janapese and yes, i like ORIGINAL stuff. thumbs up!

The forum is organized fine. All the subbed videos are really easy to find. As they all have the prefix "subbed" and finding episodes is pretty self explanatory also. We have sub-boards so everything works out fine.
to make the site better we need a working "chat"… …I’m the only one who’s gettin problems with the chat lol
anyways, here’s an idea:
creating a spacial page were we can easily find all kinds of episodes of gaki with working links or streams !! because I’m sick of seeing old topics were you only find deleted vids and useless "not-working" links !! I believe we should create a structured page "not based on the forum kind…
