Just a quick thought that since Megaupload has been seized by the FBI., is there a chance to remove those links and or replace them?

Yeah I agree that the files should be replaced but I think all the uploaders need to choose 1 or 2 file storage sites that they will always use. This way if people want to buy premium they don’t have to buy one from mediafire, one from deposit files and one from filesonic … etc

At the moment, not only here but other sites that used to use Megaupload for their shows/work are all uploading to different storage sites which can be annoying.

But we also have got to remember for someone to upload shows to a storage site they have to pay, it can up to £100 + just to have a account to upload shows for 2 years (some say lifetime but there may be limits to how much you can upload in a month…etc)

So if anyone has the spare cash, with all or most of the programs on their computer than probably.

I upload all the shows I have on Dailymotion that way people can download them from there (using a video downloader, such as Youtube downloader)

So basically the best chance to probably get some of the shows you are after is to hope the person/s that downloaded the original, upload the video somewhere.

Though also some videos may take longer to appear again then others, because a majority of the time the subbed shows that were on Megaupload were not likely to be on the persons hard drive, as they stored them there…

Its not so bad here but I also watch shows from Hello online and all I have to say is that people that don’t seed torrents are a waste of space… so many programs gone :(

The comment above is very true, sometimes it takes a site like thebox.bz that inforces strict rules that allow for people to think before downloading file(s) they in the end will just watch and delete :@

If you could make this one possible I and other phone users will be happy
You see I always use my pc and phone for watching gaki vids and its difficult for me if using my phone
So I would like to suggest to make a SMARTPHONE APP FOR GAKI VIDS so that it would be easy searching and we can watch gaki vids . Hope that you could make this happen and thank you :)

I’d like some more community events. I saw there used to be a triva night? More events like this would be good fun. :D I can donate some prizes when I have a little more money (I was thinking about asking a Japanese proxy buyer to get some of that Gaki no Tsukai merchandise, Obachan socks and stuff…)

Oh and maybe, a wiki of comedians and references appearing in GnT and Japanese comedy, for easy reference? Well [b:26i5m505]I[/b:26i5m505] find this stuff interesting, I dunno about anyone else… XD; A wiki that doesn’t mind people going a bit silly in the entries would be the best. This would be a huge project, so it might be something a bunch of interested fans should do on their own rather than making the GnT.com staff do it.

Sorry for the double post, but, spambots. I HATE SPAMBOTS. Even if they occasionally say awesome things about propaganda affecting menstruation, or Tanaka’s first appearance being in F-Zero X (still laughing at that one)

Would it be possible to institute people with limited mod powers to ban suspected spambot accounts? I’ll volunteer!

A moderator taking the time to lock out-of-date threads so spambots or newbies don’t think they’re current news may be a good idea too.

Each section which contains downloadable/streamable links to episodes like the Video’s subsection should have a Subtitled main thread
That thread should contain all the translated video’s of that section. (All translated Lincoln episodes for example)

[color=#FF0080:3le2md7v]Someone should be in charge of making sure the links work… For example… i found a lot of posts with Megaupload links… and all those times, i got angry, because i thought i finally find the video i wanted… but is not available anymore… so… That, like a "report links not working" so the one that made the post receives an email or something so he update the links… or after some time are removed…

thats just a thought… the rest is cool… i just had a few issues with my previous username, so i had to create a new one… didnt recognize my password even after i changed it… so… that. But its ok.[/color:3le2md7v] ;)

I would love a place to show all show episodes and another place to show specifically files to download for which subbed content. Example the 24 hour tag I would love to have multiple english subbed downloads for the different edited content. It would be a great way to reference your library to what we actually have on the site vs searching like chicken with head cut off.

Hmm it is my first day and my very first post.

Ok what i noticed here is that when I went to lincoln I wanted to view the subbed files but the problem was that there was no button or option to allow all the English subbed videos to come first. In addition to that the videos are not in order.

To summarize it all what I think that could make this site better is options to change the way we view the list of videos (English Subbed, Spanish, Tagalog [my first language], German) I am not asking you to sub it in tagalog since i can speak and understand English + read.

Thank you for your post.

There is no option to allow subbed videos to come first because this is organized as a forum. We’ve been thinking about changing the whole architecture of the website but we still need to find a proper platform that will make the migration easy.

I suggest you use the ‘search’ function to find what you need, and, for your subbed lincoln videos, try to search for the ‘subbed’ tag in the topic title. It’s in bold red, you can’t miss it.

I am new here and to be honest I really do not know how to post videos and i clicked the video button thing[video][/video] and I do not know what it does so maybe have another button so i can access my video click the one i want and it will show or can someone tell me how to do it.

You just have to give the link to a torrent or a direct download if you want to share a video download.

The [video] tag is for youtube/dailymotion/etc links, to embed the video on the forum ;)
