There’s nothing wrong with the naked body (regardless of your own sexuality - not even sure why that was brought up), but having such an odd fascination with it really is downright weird.
As it was previously mentioned, celebrities are human beings just like everyone else; they aren’t there for you to put them on a pedestal. They deserve privacy and respect just as much as anyone else. And no, claiming it’s simply "because you admire them" does not excuse such behavior.
Admiration and creepy behavior do not go hand-in-hand.

Some celebrities want privacy, maybe they don’t want their privates to be exposed. I understand your need to see the Matsumoto penis but I don’t think it’ll happen soon. If you were famous would you wish to expose yourself to your fans? to show your winkle to millions?

Downtown once played a prank on Hosei during one Gaki episode where he had to improvise a skit with them.
